What is your return/exchange policy?
Exchanges or store credit for new items are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. All exchange must be shipped via traceable mail. Exchanges must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition. How long does it take to process my Exchange/Store Credit?
Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place, with instructions on using your store credit or exchanging your items.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
